We are an organized group of Ramsey parents, coaches, and community leaders dedicated to the development and maintenance of competitive youth basketball in our town. Our mission is to encourage and promote basketball in Ramsey for boys and girls in grades 3 through 8.
The RTBA is a non profit 501(c)3 entity that is governed by a Board of Directors.

Our Mission
TeamSnap Sports was founded with a simple goal: to give every child in our community the chance to play, learn, and grow through sports. What started as a small soccer league with 10 teams has grown into a multi-sport organization serving over 2,000 families annually.
We believe that sports are about more than just winning. They are a vehicle for teaching life lessons, building resilience, and fostering lifelong friendships. Our recreational leagues prioritize equal playing time and skill development over competition, ensuring that every player feels valued.
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we reinvest all proceeds into field maintenance, equipment upgrades, and scholarship programs for families in financial need.
